Green Bay Trail Condominiums: Luxury Living in the Heart of Pleasant Prairie
The residential real estate market in southeastern Wisconsin continues to simmer and Pleasant Prairie has become especially hot. Kenosha-based Harpe Development recently announced plans to build 46 condominium units. The new development, Green Bay Trail Condominiums, will be built at Old Green Road and Highway 165.
Plans have been submitted for approval to the Village of Pleasant Prairie for six three-unit buildings and 14 two-unit buildings. According to Dustin Harpe, owner of Harpe Development, there is high demand and low supply for side-by-side condo units in the area. Pending approval by the Village, construction of the 20 side-by-side condo buildings is slated to begin in late May or early June. Infrastructure, originally begun in 2009, is already in place and will require minimal adjustments for the project.
Kenosha-based Cove Realty is the exclusive listing company for the eagerly awaited Green Bay Trail development. “We are excited to be part of offering these incredible units to buyers in southeastern Wisconsin,” said Mike Zacker, Broker/Owner of Cove. “Green Bay Trail condos include exceptional amenities like granite counters, hardwood floors, tray ceilings and fireplaces with floor-to-ceiling stonework.”
Many more details, including photos and virtual tours of the spacious units, are available in our listings. Final plat, zoning and floor plans may be subject to change.
