Realtor Spotlight: Kim Boyle

Kim Boyle has been a Realtor for 10 years, but was fascinated by real estate from a very young age. She is the third generation of Realtors in her family, and decided to start her career due in large part to what she admired about Mike Zacker’s dedication to his clients. Mike encouraged Kim from the start of her career with Cove and today she is a multi-million dollar producer.

Kim loves helping her buyers find the perfect home and negotiating in the best interest for her sellers. “I get great satisfaction knowing that I educate clients with my knowledge and expertise of the local market, highest quality client service and marketing program,” she stated.

She attended Western Illinois University where she studied business management and elementary education. Having been a small business owner in the past, Kim understands the importance of good customer service. She prides herself on going above and beyond for each of her clients, whether they are first-time buyers, investors or sellers. Real estate is much more than a job to her.

Kim is also the proud mother of three boys who have been involved in the Little Leaguers of Kenosha organization for many years, the Kenosha Braves Baseball Academy, and the Wisconsin Evolution basketball program. She enjoys traveling to watch her boys play sports along with supporting them in other events throughout the year.

Kim believes in giving back and enjoys volunteering in the Kenosha community. She is an active parent within All Saints Catholic School and a dedicated supporter of the American Heart Association and the American Cancer Society. She has been involved with the Keep Kenosha Clean Project and the Dairy State Cheese & Festival (a large fundraiser for the Boys and Girls Club of Kenosha).
